Cancellation and refund requests must be made via email to bhare@western.edu two weeks prior to the camp start date. Refunds will incur a $25 cancellation fee per week.If a camp is cancelled within two weeks of the camp start date, parents will be responsible for the cost of camp. If there is a doctor's note, refunds requested within two weeks of a camp starting will be refunded with a $25 cancellation fee. Once the week of camp begins, no refunds will be given. Note: processing fees paid at registration are not eligible for refund.
